Description Associate, Investment Banking / Corporate Finance Associate may be involved in a broad range of activities and disciplines, which requires a thorough understanding of financial information. The candidate must possess expertise in interpreting macroeconomic information, sector specifics, and company data, in order to make informed investment analysis and valuations. Work activities usually include, but not limited to : — Ability to spread financial information on excel models — Ability to do financial modeling, projections and valuations — Analyzing financial information relating to specific companies and sectors, e.g. company results, profit and loss and cash flow statements; — Ability to research sectors a, and propose investment ideas — Ability to make presentations , and client pitches — Good writing skills and ability to structure Private placement memorandums and other investment documents — Has good interpersonal and communication skills , and can deal with both analysts and senior management , and clients — keeping up to date with market developments, macroeconomic conditions, and effects of regional economics and politics on the various sectors
Qualifications Post Graduate Certificates: Preferably has attended a credit course or investments and valuations course. Preferably a CFA candidate or a CFA holder .
