Description —Responsible for troubleshooting of any processing Machines controlled by PLC, DCS, SCADA. —Hands on PLC experience including; Allen Bradley, Siemens, Zelio, Omron, Mitsubishi. —Practical inverters experience (power flex, telemecanique). —Responsible for troubleshooting printing machines (video jet, EBS, Laser, linx). —Metal Detectors and X- Rays Troubleshooting like ( safe line, Lock ). —Experience with temperature sensors (PT100, thermocouples), proximity switch, photocell, fiber optic sensors. —Full responsibility for repairing electronics cards.
Qualifications -Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. -Minimum 3 years for work experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company, preferable FMCG. -Very good command of English Language (Speaking, reading and writing). -Good computer skills.

Profile Edita Food Industries is a major producer of baked products. The company started to produce in mid 1997, as the first company to produce filled croissants in the MENA region, starting by Egypt as its opening gate. Currently, Edita is the bakery company in the Egyptian market; it is operating in many different countries and has a wide range of products. Hostess® was established in 1995 under license from Interstate Brands Corporation, USA, and was acquired by Edita Food Industries in June 2003. Since then, the company has been modernized and new lines were bought as well as the existing lines were upgraded. Edita Food Industries has 3 factories; two factories in 6th of October City and the third one in 10th of Ramadan City. The factories located in 6th of October City produce products that include: - Molto® Croissant, filled croissants which come in 4 different fillings (chocolate, strawberry jam, mille feuilles cream and chocolate with caramel). - Bake Rolls®, double baked bread chips in seven different flavors (salt, ketchup, olive, chili & lemon, pizza, cheese and nacho cheese). - Molto Cake Bar, which is our latest addition, it comes in 4 variants (cake filled with chocolate cream, cake filled with cream & strawberry flavor jelly, cocoa cake filled with chocolate cream and cocoa cake filled with cream). As for the factory located in 10th of Ramadan City it produces: - Hostess products which include Hohos®, Twinkies® with its cream and chocolate variants, Tiger Tail® and Rolls® with its chocolate and strawberry variants. All these products are being exported at the moment to the MENA region and we are looking forward to developing our regional existence. One of the reasons for our excellent records is our high quality control standard, which we are famous for and intend to even raise by recently acquiring the H.A.C.C.P certificate.
