Description Respond & inform our visitors on UG website on daily basis. Update our website with new models, new events, news, promotions‡etc. Modify any changes when occurred on UG website (titles, positions, other company info‡etc). Chat daily with our Fans on our social media pages. Follow up call center activities and requirements regarding any info needed and support them with all new info (promotions, Ads, new working hours, other data, holidays‡etc). Update the IVR on call center with any new activities or info needed to be passed to the customer. Visit frequently the call center agent to update them with models, features, company info‡etc Maintain the system for SMS, monitor the SMS balance and frequently updates our dealers database per each branch / business. Communicate frequently with branch managers / line of business to update online marketing specialist with dealers mobile numbers. Send informative and seasoned greeting SMS to different dealers whenever needed. Perform any other related duties within the same level of authority.
Qualifications Photoshop Web development awareness (. NET or Java…..) Social Media Administration University degree in any discipline. Experience in online marketing. Fluent English language & Computer literacy. Aware with chatting language (Arabic & English).
