Description     — Learns to use tools, professional concepts, systems, and procedures required to accomplish the job. — Completes all necessary documentation to meet requirements of the application specifications. — Assists with both office and on-site to complete the document cycle. — Assigns unique document numbers — Distributes documents. — Manages the document review and approval process, including processing document change requests and updates. — Implementing processes and tools, providing system reports, maintaining and updating electronic information systems, — Maintains many projects at once, while meeting deadlines. — Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
Qualifications    A college or high School degree is required with previous experience working in a project environment. Knowledge of Low Current/Building Automation & Electromechanical terminologies and standards. Proven experience in coordinating projects document control procedures (technical documents, drawings, commercial correspondence). 3-4 years of experience in a similar position.
