Description - Managing a team of 11c agents - Support direct sales team members in their sales activities by one to one coaching in sales skills -Fully liable for direct team turnover ratios -Conduct one to one sales meetings with direct reports at least weekly to review performance, address common problems and individuals concerns, encourage two way communications and rally the team to achieve goals. Meet direct reports as a group, fortnightly. -Ensure all direct reports perform Key Performance Areas and Activities in accordance with Companys set KPIs and standards (Sales and Sales Management indicators) and Companys regulations -Frequently meet clients to resolve issues where the policy holder requests this, or otherwise where the SAMs regards it as necessary so as to preserve good client relationships with the Company -Directly responsible to develop sales team skills to ensure healthy career development and promotions for direct team members
Qualifications • University Graduate • 3 plus years of Experience • Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Very Good logical thinking and problem solving skills. • Very good presentation skills and good self-confidence • Excellent mentorship and leadership skills • Creative and self-motivated • Ability to handle work pressure and meet target • Keen on learning and self-development.
