Description - Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the QC lab, to include Raw Material, Stability and Finished Products Departments. - Provide direction for internal check - Approve validation protocols, reports for raw material testing. - Ensure the method transfer, verification and validation activities between R&D and QC are conducted in a timely and efficient manner. - Ensure that the investigations related to testing of materials (reviewing, updating and approval of analytical methods) are performed in a timely manner. - Evaluate potential candidates for QC and prepare annual performance evaluations to managers.
Qualifications -Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related Physical Sciences. -Must have Training in HACCP, TAM, FSMS, ISO, and GMP. - Having at least 3 years in FMCG industry experienced in chicken & meat production lines.
