Description — Perform operational tasks related to service delivery to mobile operators such us content uploads (music files, mp3, WAV, pictures, etc) to mobile operators systems, format multimedia files (audio, video music) by following the procedures established in the operation manuals. — Maintain operation manuals updated. — Ensure timely delivery of content batches to the different customers according to the delivery plan. — Assist delivery coordinator producing service reports to monitor service delivery activities. — Solve assigned content delivery incidents on time, document the solution, and conduct preventive actions if any to avoid service disruption. — Escalate unsolved incidents or non routine circumstances to delivery coordinator.
Qualifications • Basic computer skills at user level (Microsoft windows, Outlook, Word, etc) • Expert in Excel • Attention to detail • Knowledge and experience in formatting tools (audio, video, images) will be an added value. • Oral & Written Communication in English and Arabic
