Description — Administer and maintain the IT infrastructure that supports business operations and back office processes. — Ensure a cost-effective and efficient use of IT infrastructure applying market best practices and IT policies of the organization. — Administer and maintain the Mobile VAS platform (SMS, MMS, WAP content delivery) — Maintain the existing services, analyze and configure new services as per business requirements. — Provide first and second level of support to Mobile operator customers, coordinating with their technical team.
Qualifications • Relevant education qualification in IT • Experience working in an IT user support environment for a minimum of 2 years (local and remote users). • 4+ years of proven track experience on: • Administration of SW Database: Sql server, Mysql and Oracle • Operative systems : Windows, Linux and Mac OS. • Web servers: IIS and Apache Tomcat • Monitoring tools • Backup and restore tools • Active directory. • Network administration: Administration of LAN, WAN, Wireless network, internet connections (Sonicwall NSA, switches Cisco) • Administration of servers and Storage systems • Working knowledge of ITIL • Oral & Written Communication in English and Arabic •Good interpersonal skills •Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Working knowledge on Mobile VAS protocol like SMPP, MM7, MM4, WAP •Knowledge of working on Mobile VAS platform like Add2Phone, Kannel
