Description -Business Planning and Assessment. -Managing day- to-day business matters and reporting directly to the retail and operations Manager. -Conducting Market Intelligence Analysis and Reporting. -Recommending Business improvements for better performance. -Managing the implementation of the training schedule to the different parties Under supervision of the Retail and Operations Manager. -Regular meeting the field team and the Distributes under supervision of the Retail and Operations Manager. -Conducting random market visits to ensure about quality of training front liners are receiving and reporting back any discrepancies.
Qualifications -Hard worker -Self confidence -Able to work under stress -Flexibility regarding work time and work conditions
