Display Advertising Manager - Agoda

Then we have a job for you in our Bangkok office. The Marketing team is looking for someone to lead the Display Advertising Operations in Google Display Network and future expansion to other Display Networks.

Responsibilities:
 
High level detail:
  • Manage the daily activities for Google Display Network and later other networks
  • Analyze and optimize the campaigns in order to improve performance towards a target Return On Investment (ROI) and other KPIs

More details:
  • Request dashboards that can help you in your daily work
  • Define and implement data-driven tactical actions
  • Define and implement strategic projects based on new technologies and/or internal analysis or external research
  • Analyze the segments of users and drive continuous improvement in the audiences segmentation
  • Work with your designer and with the language specialists to create Display Ad banners and ad copies for more than 40 languages
  • Manage the task flow to deploy and implement ads through Google tools or 3rd-party ad servers (3PAS)  
  • Be up to date with the latest technology in Google Display Network
  • Constantly identify growth areas and conduct experiments (e.g. tests by device type, location, ad size, banner performance) through A/B or other multivariate testing methods to prove these potential growth areas 
  • Act as the primary point-of-contact for Google and other 3rdparty companies to ensure improvements in agoda position in the market

Desired Skills & Experience

  • At least 2 year of work experience in managing Google Display Advertising and 4 years working experience
  • Passionately analytical with strong ability to think logically and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management / prioritization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced / rapidly changing environment Experience with Remarketing / Retargeting is a plus
  • Experience with Ad Exchanges / RTBs will is a plus
