Display Advertising Specialist - Agoda

Job Description

  • Manage advertising performance in display ad networks e.g. Google Display Network, Facebook Exchange
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance towards a target Return on Investment (ROI) and other KPIs
  • Develop strategic and tactical action plans based on consumer demand cycles and company targets
  • Manage the creation of  display ad banners and ad copy through coordination with in-house graphic designers and language specialists in more than 40 languages
  • Manage task flow to deploy ads through tools available in-house as well as implementation on 3rd-party ad servers (3PAS)  
  • Constantly identify growth areas and conduct experiments (e.g. tests by device type, location, ad size, banner performance) through A/B or other multivariate testing methods to prove these potential growth areas 

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 4 years of work experience in fields such as the following:
      • Online advertising
      • Analyst position in banking or finance
      • Engineering
  • Strong ability to think logically with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills is required
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Detail-orientation, with the ability to quickly complete a large volume of high-quality work
  • Having knowledge of Google AdWords or Demand Side Platform (DSP advertising) experience is a plus
  • Knowledge in Remarketing is a plus
  • Highly productive with ability to work under pressure in a fast paced team environment
