Description     —Manage retail sales representatives & supervisors. —Set sales supervisors monthly sales targets. —Direct sales supervisors, help them to solve their sales areas issues —Maintain sales routes periodically and match them with companys sales plans —Maintain an updated customers list —Review sales supervisors daily performance standards to assure achieving sales target and to confirm applying those standards. —Maintain periodic field visits to evaluate and record sales supervisors performance —Make sales reports after releasing the new products about markets reactions and recommendations —Make continuous reports following up for the competitors products and the imitative products —Develop sales team skills and assist them to enhance their performance —To maintain a daily following up to sales team efficiency and advise them to improve performance —To apply companys strategies and following up with supervisors to assure that —Analyze sales and determining booming and growth chances —Analyze sales targets according to categories and leading products —To maintain effective connection with the administration and sales team —Solve customer issues inside and outside the company —To plan and set the monthly sales forecasting needed —To assure companys contracts execution and to apply company sales strategy.
Qualifications    •Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline •Experience: 5-7 years of experience in FMCG (at least 1 year as Unit/Area manager) •Other skills: Excellent communication skills; Critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills; Effective people management, negotiation and motivational skills, Management/coordination skills and the ability to multitask at various effort levels, Leadership and presentation skills. •Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet
