Description — Search for new customers and maintain customer records, using automated systems. —Determine required dimensions from site to set price offer and installation plan —Handle negotiation with Engineers and Consultants regarding products design with match the companys products —Lift final dimension from the site in collaboration with installation engineers —Follow-up working progress during installation phase till delivering to the client —Follow-up payment collection from the client till the end of outstanding payments in collaboration with the Financial Section —Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and installation. —Submit all required report —Follow up the manufacturing process of the factory through Sales Coordinator —Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections, based on customers needs, product specifications —Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing information
Qualifications AutoCAD 3D - Office Software. • Certificates related to same field is an asset. • Previous experience / database with consultants is an asset
