Group HR Manager - Kuwait

Group HR Manager needed for multinational company
JD:

A. Change Management

(1) Influencing and facilitating the process of organizational change and development, leading to improved organizational and individual performance
... (2) Facilitating and providing technical inputs to the process of change management in cooperation with senior management
(3) Developing and managing measurement systems to track the adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes.
(4)Aligning company mission, vision and objective to meet with employee KPI’s

B. Recruitment and Induction/ Orientation - OD

(1) Planning and executing the recruitment strategy to meet the staffing requirements of the organization
(2) Liaising with recruitment firms to avail quality recruitment services;
(3) Facilitating the entire recruitment cycle and participating in the selection process
(4) Completing pre and post recruitment formalities
(5) Designing and facilitating induction / orientation programs.
(6) Maintaining career path
(7)Set up succession plans for key positions in the company
(8)Setting KPI’s for every position
(9)Marinating Organizational chart and updating it

C. HR Policies and Systems

(1) Reviewing HR Policies and practices to ensure they are in compliance with the legal and regulatory framework
(2) Implementing HR Policies across the organization’s programs and locations.

D. Performance Management Systems
(1) Providing guidance to staff on performance management, including conducting periodical orientation to the process
(2) Managing the performance appraisal cycle, including setting up of objectives, mid-term review and final appraisal and ratings
(3) Facilitating and moderating outcomes, in required cases.
(4)Establish and oversee the process for evaluating the appraisal performance of key management personnel in the fulfillment of their responsibilities, meeting objectives and performance targets

E. Rewards Management
(1) Reviewing and benchmarking staff salaries and benefits
(2) Managing salary, training and staff welfare budgets
(3) Coordinating with the Finance Division at appropriate stages, for implementing salary scales
(4) Planning and implementing annual salary increments.
(5)Maintaining Salary scale and bonus system (quarter - annual)
(6)Set up executive and leadership compensation, development process and individual programs


F. Training and Development;
(1) Setting-up and conducting training need analysis
(2) Preparing the training plan and training calendar for specific period;
(3) Coordinating training workshops

Experience not less than 10 years
