1. Qualifications:
· At least 5 years’ experience as Legal Advisor preferably in multinational company
· Experience dealing with issues related to foreigners working in Egypt or foreign company’s operating in Egypt

· Experience with LLC companies
· He/She must be familiar with the companies established under Law 159
· Also He/She should be able to make selling/buying/hiring contracts. Collection problems or disputes
· Excellent English speaking and writing
· Excellent computer skills
