Description Assist in planning & directing the activities of human resources required to develop, deliver, and support recruitment & training. Responsible for fulfilling existing opening vacancies and future job opportunities to ensure the recruitment & hiring process is in line with the manpower plan & Company Budget. Responsible for interviewing new applicants to assure selection of the best candidate. Discuss the offer letter & follow up the employment process including employment papers. Keep an updated database of current CVs through head hunting, employment fairs and online job posting. Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with managers and project managers to determine appropriate training needs to establish the annual training plan & budget for each year. Search and select the suitable training providers and consultants to conduct training sessions. Assessment reports for both of (trainees ,training providers) and the annual training reports. Maintain Recruitment and training KPIs. Develop reports related to employees database and applicants using Oracle. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications •Minimum 2-4 years of experience in recruitment and training. •Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English written and verbal, French is a plus. •Highly organized and able to tackle multiple tasks. •Use of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. •Attention to details and deadlines. •Oracle knowledge is a must.
