Description The content specialist is responsible for creating, producing and acquiring new content that will contribute to Qanawats list of products and services. Duties: To produce compelling and persuasive optimised content as required across the Qanawat client portfolio. To contribute to sourcing and building a diverse portfolio of outlets through which to seed and market content. To select the suitable contents of a specific category for service-operator update according to sales information, ongoing marketing campaigns, and the recommendations and directives provided by product manager To update and deliver the tasks assigned by Qanawat content management systems and service coordinator. To assist service coordinator in the generation of service status reports. To suggest possible improvements to service coordinator to increase quality of service, customer satisfaction, and maximize P&S usage (increase downloads and subscribers). To solve eligible incidents and requests according to scope of work and P&S delivery procedures (for example: generate new content package as requested by customer). To prospect in the market for possible content providers according to the requirements established by product manager. To produce the reports to recommend content providers to be partnered. To provide the suitable recommendations to product manager for terminating partnership agreement or negotiating better conditions with eligible content providers.
Qualifications • Educated to degree level in English, media studies, communications studies, journalism or an equivalent specialism, preferably within a digital media environment • Excellent communications skills, with a solid knowledge of Arabic and English grammar and the ability to present ideas in a clear and concise way, both verbally and in writing. • Highly creative and full of ideas. • Analytical, with the ability to interpret information, news, data and research quickly and distill the most important/relevant information to inform unique and innovative new content. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Bright, self-motivated and driven.
