Job Responsibilities:
Carrying out the training needs analysis(TNA) and preparing training schedules (Important)
Handling all types of vacations and ensures compliance with labor law regulations (annual, sick, casual and maternity leaves and produces required reports (i.e. vacation balance report). . Preparing forms for the social insurance (FORMS 1, 6) (Important)
Assisting in implementing and monitoring HR policies.
Conducting job analysis and initiate job description and yearly updating JDs
developing and updating Organization Chart.
Identifying the job specifications, including potential competencies & skills of each job role.
Performance Management system: Generate Performance assessment procedures using both tailored and standard competencies (KPIS).
Handling all types of vacations and ensures compliance with labor law regulations (annual, sick, casual and maternity leaves and produces required reports (i.e. vacation balance report).
Assisting in implementing the company employee training plans and seek new out sources, organizing training schedules and courses for new and existing staff, keeping training records up to date, obtaining feedback from employees for training received.
Managing the recruitment process including: creating a pool of candidates, placing adverts in press or with online job boards or with recruitment consultants, arranging interviews.
Keeping all the personal files for the employees updated.
Salary Range : 3000 – 5000
