Account Manager Government Jobs in Egypt Description     Understands and follows sales policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards.  Responsible for all activities related to selected accounts within a specific the Government sector  Identifies possible opportunities for new projects through maintaining excellent knowledge of offered products of all business lines.  Identifies potential accounts through client assessments and client needs assessment  Develops exceptional knowledge of current and potential accounts competitors, problems, goals, needs and issues and accordingly assists accounts in identifying needs, defining solutions and selecting the right products and services.  Responsible for the process of offer negotiations and closing deals.  Coordinates the efforts of groups serving the account (e.g. Project Managers, Customer Support Engineers, etc‡) to ensure a synergistic company wide approach to the account.  Coordinates with project managers to successfully handle the account from signing the contract till project finalization.  Coordinates with business units to prepare necessary account requirements through purchase orders.  Monitors the efficiency of the after Sales Service concerning relevant accounts in coordination with Customer Support Function.  Monitors client satisfaction and communicates client concerns.
Account Manager Government Jobs in Egypt Qualifications     B.Sc. in Electronic and Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar and relevant work experience.  3-5 years of experience in the sales field in for Government Sector  Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.  Good Computer skills.
