Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Qualification Required:
• BSc. of Commerce english section from a reputable university.
• Proven track of previous experience in a Finance Department / Accounts Payable Section is required.
• Hands-on experience in SAP is required.
• Very good command of English language.
• Ability to work closely with remote teams.
• Knowledge and understanding of standard payable procedures.
• High sense of urgency with developing and delivering quality work.
• Extremely high level of integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness.
• Strong attention to details.
Job description
• Responsible to handle the Accounts-Payable activities completely in SAP environment, which mainly includes;
o Vendor Invoice processing,
o Employee Expense claim reimbursements
o Travel Advances
o Petty Cash
o GR Request for the Assets
o Assets Tagging
• Coordinate payments to local vendors & employees.
• Responsible about relationships with third party contractor company (prepare reconciliations, process invoices and payments as well as booking in SAP).
• Responsible to manage the finance records, and maintain day to day documents filing.
• Work closely with Global Finance Team to complete special projects such as: Tax reconciliations, Audit and other ad-hoc requirements.
• Co-ordinate & interact as required with governmental authorities such as GAFI, Tax authorities, Banks and consultants.
• Responsible to prepare the quarterly withholding tax (WHT) reports as well as Form 41.
