Administrative Assistant

1-Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests.

2-Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

3-Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence, plus compose, type, and draft all letters, memorandums and reports.

4-Attend meetings and prepare meeting minutes and action items.

5-Participate in preparing sector budget and all financial requirements.
