Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for outgoing and incoming clients phone calls regarding collection issues
2. Achieve the daily targets of collection appointments in line with the collector's schedule.
3. File the new due premium notices by agency provided from IT dept. to the Telesales Supervisor after every cycle as reference database for collecting appointments.
The candidates must be Good English and very good communication skills.
