Compensation & Benefits Specialist Jobs in Egypt Description — Act as the mid person between the benefits providers and all the regions of the company. — Meet with the medical insurance providers to understand the policy and its updates. — Provide counseling to the managers as well as the staff on how to use their benefits programs. — Direct preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits, compensation and personnel policies under the supervision of the C&B manager. — Receive invoices from the providers for their services, check the invoices against variations, and issue a requisition form for payment and follow up the payment with the finance department. — Receive any complaints about benefits programs and forward them to the concerned person. — Keep the HR database updated with data on benefits. — Prepare offer/ mission letters for the expats. — Add new benefits/offers to the company. — Responsible for updating company local and subsidiaries policies and procedures. — Other duties as assigned.
Compensation & Benefits Specialist Jobs in Egypt Qualifications • Minimum 0-2 years of experience. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Highly organized and able to tackle multiple tasks. • Use of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • Oracle knowledge is a plus. • Attention to details and deadlines • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
