Complaint Handling Specialist Jobs in Egypt Description Responsible for receiving customer complaints and complaints data recording according to QSP.032 [Complaint Handling]. Responsible for coordination with the concerned authorities to test product retain samples if necessary and record the results of the tests Responsible for the preparation of a report to examine the complaints of where grandparents complaint and root causes of the occurrence and participation in the development of solutions to prevent a recurrence of those reasons according to QSP.032 [Complaint Handling]. Responsible for communicating with customers to clarify any information regarding the complaint, and also to notify clients with the results of analyzing and studying the complaint and the action taken regarding to the complaint. Responsible for Implement the MDR procedures for the product in case of truth of the complaint. Address the Competent Authority in the case of the Recall and notify Top management according to QSP.007 [Product Recall & Advisory Notices for Medical Device]. Responsible for complete the complaint investigation report and investigated report and address the corrective and preventive action which should be taken to prevent a recurrence of those reasons and follow up its implementation according to QSP.032 [Complaint Handling]. Responsible for establishing a statistical report with the results of complaints investigation and represent it to top Managements.

Complaint Handling Specialist Jobs in Egypt Qualifications Bachelor of Science 1-2 years experience in Quality Assurance field. Good knowledge with the international standers ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. Knowledge of legal requirements and regional constitutions governing the medical devices industry, especially the European Directive MDD 93/42/EC and 21 CFR part 82; with good knowledge about the International Vigilance Procedure. Knowledge about the GMP requirements for Pharmaceutical industries.
