Transportation:

Air-conditioned buses are provided from a good network of meeting points.

Rotating shifts:
- For Males: Morning, Noon and Night Shift
- For Females: Morning and Noon Shift (noon shifts end at 11:00 pm)

·         Job qualification

All the applicants for the Customer Care Department must fulfill the following requirement:

- University or High Institute graduates,
- Good command of English,
- Excellent communication skills,

- Good social, educational and cultural background,
- Completed or postponed military service, certificate shall be provided (for males only),
- Residency in Cairo.
