Description

Job Purpose:

Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about Nile Projects products and services

Location:

The Position is based on Nile Projects and Trading Company’s Alex Premises.

Reporting:

The position reports to the Customer Service Team Leader and day-to-day supervision will be provided by the Customer Service Team Leader

Responsibilities:

Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Set up new customer accounts
Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
Record details of actions taken
Maintain customer databases
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Follow up on customer interactions
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Education:

1)Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
2)Customer Service experience is a must.
3)knowledge and experience of relevant software applications - word processing, and database management
4)Proficient in speaking , spelling, punctuation, grammar and other English language skills.
