Location : Head Office

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain schedules and meetings
• Prepare reports, memos, letters.
• Receive& distribute all incoming correspondence, faxes and email
• File and retrieve the needed documents
• Prepare the required responses to correspondence



Education and Experience

High University degree
3-5 years of experience in the field of administration
Very Good Command of English
Very Good computer skills i.e.: Microsoft Excel, Power Point , Word and Outlook

Very Good knowledge in filing system and minutes taking
Ability to work under stress
Time management Ability
