Job Purpose:
1.To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. 2.Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the Fashion Department 3.Focuses on publicizing and increasing awareness of company’s brands.
Location:
The Position will be based in Cairo.
Responsibilities:
Develops annual marketing plan in conjunction with Brand Managers; which details activities to follow during the fiscal year and focus on meeting organizational objectives.
To manage the marketing budget and the delivery of all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects.
Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.
Assist with analyzing advertising campaigns and monitoring brand quality.
Monitor the reactions of customers and retail outlets to new products and brand initiatives.
Travel extensively in order to prepare for new store openings.
The other responsibility is to work for increasing the customer’s interest in fashion trends.
Education:
Educational Background & Experience: •A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, fashion merchandising or Business Administration. •Excellent English language skills (spoken & written). •3- 5 years experience of marketing . •Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees. •Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
