HR Specialist Jobs in Egypt Description Responsible for implementing of Human Resources policies ,programs, and procedures. Implement recruitment, testing, selection, and job placement policy and procedures programs applicants, scheduling and administrating tests, checking references and background, and evaluating applicant qualification. Communicate with Managers and supervisors to identify Personnel needs, job specification, Qualifications and skills. Create job description. Maintain internal job posting program. Post opening positions in newspaper advertisements and recruitment sites. Review ,filter and screen new cvs to evaluate if they meet the job specification and conduct screening interviews. Maintain all applicants and interviewees data. Provide all the required HR Report and statistics such as new hires ,turn over, promotions and transfers. Maintain records concerning Personnel-related data such as Performance appraisals, absenteeism rates, extra/less hours, net vacations, and office rules violation. Plan and conduct new employee orientations . Prepare the Training programs and manage the training requests. Prepare. Update job descriptions in yearly basis. Perform any other duties are assigned.
HR Specialist Jobs in Egypt Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent in Human Resources Hr Diploma is preferred Excellent command of English language. Excellent Computer skills
