Inbound Sales Jobs in Egypt Description     —Manage own sales territory and cover all in or out trade territories. —The goal is to maintain and grow business primarily through face-to-face customer contact. —Candidates should have global business and supply chain logistics awareness. —Meet trade volume, NTV and revenue budgets. —Responsible for the trade management and execution of the strategy for the complete district/branch. —Plan and set the short term plan for the team. —Achievement of both budget and trade specific goals for In/Out Trades. —Manage sales territory for the department. —Maximize volume support from accounts. —Develop, implement, review and modify target account programs. —Develop and drive local sales initiative to increase productivity. —Develop key account relationships. —Expand account base in key trades. —Optimization of Egypt In/Out customer base. —The role involves senior sales and Sales Representative development and team leadership, implementing sales manager strategy. —The post holder must have people management & leadership skills, and strong administration and organizational capabilities. —The post holder will have ownership of accounts which requires interface with customers to support the team. —Allocation management (in coordination with Customer Service/Cargo Control).
