- Answer customer’s calls and respond to their inquiries.
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and provides additional customers.
- Solve customers’ technical problems.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or undergraduate of business or any other studies, with English section as a must.
- Bulgarian Nationality or Egyptian
- Excellent command of Bulgarian language.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Presentable.
- Self-motivated, confident & organized.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work on shift basis (flexible hours).
