Description     Coordinates & follow up the daily Administrative & office maintenance requests in the Plant. Ensure that all Personnel formalities are in line with Social & Medical Insurance & the Labor Laws, regulations & procedures safe guard of employees & Company rights. Responsible of employee files and create a filing system. Register all monthly Personnel transaction as (Paid vacations, sick leaves, overtime, missions ‡.etc) in Personnel database. Ensure that EHS, procedures are implemented & respected by employees in Plant. Follow up with workers and casual workers, to maintain a time attendance and payroll. Responsible of Time attendance records and daily expenses.
Qualifications    This Job will be based in Alexandria or Sadat City. Suitable Bachelor degree in Business, Law or Accounting. Very good Computer skills. Able to communicate with all levels of employees and authorities.
