My Client is one of the most famous fashion brands, and they are now looking for a retail operations manager to help make sure there systems and customer service levels reach the level expected by this brand , across Egypt.
You will have had similar experience previously, preferably with a fashion brand, and will be an ambitious, hardworking, candidate, who is looking to further their career within a major fashion company.

The main elements of the role are;
- Manage saes targets and monitoring operations
-Manage and make recommendations to improve operational system, process, and equipment to support the business strategy
- Manage and support the implementation of initiatives that will lead to long-term operational excellence
- Manage and create as required operational policy and procedures that will minimise business risk and create a safe working environment
- Develop strong partnerships with IT, Asset Protection, Sales Audit and Inventory Control make recommendations to increase the effectiveness and efficiency
- Manage the operational set up of all new stores and the re-configuration of refurbishments, collaborate with all appropriates partners to ensure all elements have been considered and implemented on time
- Manage and implement strategies that will grow or minimise risk to the business
- Manage the flow, format and content of communication for stores and corporate.
