Description Assists in the planning and organization of special events and/or lectures, under the direction of the director. Responsible for arranging all event logistics. Responsible for the coordination and timely processing of collateral material needed for events and/or lectures. Production and maintenance of the Office of University Events mailing database Responsible for the electronic RSVP system offered as a service by the Office of University Events to the AUC Community. Provide professional guidance for university offices and departments on events held on campus. Maintain and implement all templates within the unit used for event planning. Conduct tours of the campus for groups/individuals, as assigned by director. Point person for the Student Ambassador Program. Coordinating the recruitment process of the students for the AUC Ambassador Program at the end of each academic year. Undergoing training for 30 student ambassadors and coordinating training sessions by external trainers. Maintain all financial transactions for student ambassadors and submit final payment to the director for processing of payment. Responsible for updating and maintaining the Conference and Visitor Center website. Liaison with technical departments in terms of support, implementation and operation for internal and external clients. Responsible for updating technical instruments and software of the department
Qualifications Minimum education requirement: BA required Experience: Five or more years work experience in related field
