Job Description is as following:
Job title: Account Manager
Reporting to: Sales Director
Main Responsibilities:
• Identify customer needs and drive opportunities in line with Company global business strategy, category, portfolio, processing and TS plans. Opportunities to be channeled through the OM&S process.
• Together with account team and customer, drive the development and account plan. Agree on shared objectives and targets with the customer. Balance strategic and operational objectives. Agree on budgets and secure resources from Company and customer.
• Define, review and drive activities to reduce overall customer system cost forcefully drive resolution of customer issues, including Cross Boundary Issues.
• Ensure that Account receivable expectations are met. Ensure that where relevant, retail and processing is involved and actions are aligned.
• Seeks new business opportunities with existing and/or new customers.
Experience: Not less than 4 years (food multi-national field)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree of engineering.
• Strong in presentations and interaction skills.
• Proficiency in English and computer literacy.
• Able to travel on business trip.
Location: Cairo, Egypt.
