Description Monitor team performance and ensure that the team follows established procedures for each service request adhering to agreed Key Performance Indicators and quality standards to maximize customer satisfaction Provide regular coaching and feedback to individuals within team to meet service targets Supervise the workload of the team, allocating team members to optimize service provision Report to, and on some occasions cover for branch manager Encourage and support the level of cooperation between customer service staff and other officers to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of the front line service Support and keep team up to date Meet frustrated customers to handle their inquiries and complaints Communicate service results on weekly and monthly basis to optimize service provision Ensure that full complement of team is available and scheduled based on the agreed staffing model; in conjunction with resources and planning Fill in weekly and monthly reports for continuous evaluation
Qualifications •Bachelor degree in Business Administration. •Excellent communication skills. •3-5 years of experience •Skills (Fluent spoken & written English & Arabic, Leader Ship Skills, Management Skills, Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills)
