Description 1. Handle the follow up on the shipping schedule (New coming shipments arrival dates, shipping information). 2. Handle the proper classification of the H.T.C. (Harmonized Tariffs Codes) 3. Coordinate to achieve the material flow goals (the urgent shipment ) 4. Coordinate in case of price changing 5. Coordinate the customs requests with I.D.A. officials in reconciliations of new or old models. 6. Coordination in new projects requests. 7. Provide the proper consultation for the purchasing department in order to reduce the cost. 8. Provide purchasing with the service criteria to enable them select the best broker. 9. Provide the sales department with the needed information of parallel import 10. Responsible for collecting the specifications of the parts from the manufacturing department for a proper classification process. 11. Provide the manufacturing department with the needed consultation of customs issues in the steering committees of new projects. 12. Work to enhance the relationship with customs officials.
Qualifications 1. University degree. 2. Minimum 5 years experience in the customs clearance. 3. Excellent knowledge of Customs laws and regulations. 4. Excellent English and Arabic, both spoken and written. 5. Excellent command of computer skills. 6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 7. Working under pressure. 8. Planning and time management.
