Description     Ensures stable and well performing system environment by resolving user issues in a timely and efficient manner; interprets, evaluates, and resolves telephone inquires pertaining to the functional operation of all installed application hardware and software products supported by IT; Analyzes simple to moderately complex inquires, resolves problems and/or determines appropriate technical area or vendor to resolve problems; Alerts user community when a major problem is suspected; Follows up on specific inquires or requests to ensure user satisfaction 
Qualifications    BA of relevant academic study, computer science/information technology is preferable, as well as 3-5 years of related experience

Experience    1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills    Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills, dynamic, smart, high ability to work under pressure
