Description Takes Part in Administering the Internal Domain of the Company, this includes the following: All Windows Servers, including and not limited to, DC, File Server, DB Server, etc.. Ensures the smoothness and performance of the Companys internal Network. Provides a Second Level support to the IT Help Desks for problems that are in the Clients PCs and/or Network Monitors the Finger Print Data Base of the Employees in the Attendance System. Monitors the Internal Network to ensure both the Security and Performance. Makes Sure that the Network (Servers, PCs, etc.) are updated and secured. Configures Blackberry Devices for employees owning one and also troubleshooting related problems Monitors the VPN Connections between Head Quarters and Any Other Outlet or Location. Cooperates with the Marketing management for add/Remove the advertisement within Mall LCDs. Receives, manages and records IT help desk requests receiving either by telephone . Dealing with and resolving helpdesk requests e.g. adding users, Active Directory updating, e-mail account creation, general IT trouble shooting. Maintains appropriate logs of equipment, users and operational activities. Conducts Basic installation, configuration and support of IT equipment (PC, laptops, printers etc).
Qualifications 1. University graduate with a bachelor’s degree information technology engineering. 2. Ability to work under pressure. 3. High technical skills. 4.Any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, the title of the post and its grading as requested by the line manager or Head of Department/Division. 5.Works as a team member, providing support to colleagues as and when required. 6.Ensures change control procedures are enforced, error logging and the correction of errors in conjunction with other members of the Support and Development teams and IT Dept procedures. 7.Performs installations and IT Support in any TRBL office or any location where TRBL activities are taking place (e.g. for home workers). This may include basic user training e.g. in how to use IT equipment. 8.Provides direct field support .

Other Skills 1-Experience in operations procedures, policies and documentation. 2-Patient and able to deal with various types of users.
