Description Identify opportunities to improve the current Paint Shop facilities, equipment and operations and jointly develop an implementation plan * Promote teamwork between project administration and all other participants * Develop and update Paint Shop Capital Forecasts * Develop project business cases, write appropriation requests and support project approval processes * Assist the assembly plant in the development and implementation of new facilities / equipment and processes * Assist the assembly plant in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance procedures for new facilities and equipment * Support and implement common Global BOP * Support and implement common Global BOE * Support new technology validation processes * Support special cause problem-solving activities * Share lessons learned * Analyzes process materials or product designs for the best methods of manufacture
Qualifications Bsc. Science Chemist / Engineering Autocad Knowledge is a must MS office / Project Knowledge is a must Automotive Paintshop Experience is a highly recommended Hard worker / critical thinking / problem solving skills are highly recommended
