Description 1. Calculate monthly payroll, overtime and bonus 2. Prepares regularly scheduled reports for governmental and other external agencies regarding company payment of various taxes, group insurance premiums, union dues, etc. 3. Work directly with Personnel staff on new hire set-ups, benefit enrollment changes, terminations, payroll adjustments, and other related activities which impact payroll processing. 4. Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and outside agencies and provide information or direction as needed 5. Delivering analytical reports recording of payroll activities. 6. Direct preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits, compensation, under the supervision of the HR manager. 7. Regularly updates Salary Bank with name list of additions and deletions to the policy. 8. Receives any complaints about benefits programs and take the necessary corrective action.
Qualifications • BA of Accounting. • 4:6 years experience in similar position. • Effective communications, analytical and teaming skills. • HR Diploma/certificate is required. • Strong personality. • Perfect computer skills. • Fluent English.
