-Typing letters, memoranda, faxes, reports, etc. Photocopying and printing Scheduling appointments Arranging business travel and related accommodation Reminding executives of appointments and deadlines Handling telephone calls courteously Receiving visitors courteously


Job Qualification
- 2 - 3 years’ experience with a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree. Knowledge of methods of research and analysis, work standards, and work simplification. Ability to solve problems and make decisions. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to maintain favorable public relations. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Results and action oriented. Prefer October residence. -Other Skills Excellent computer skills especially in MS Office & PowerPoint.
