Description - Provides supervision to the Strategy team in the areas of strategy engagement, development, Execution and evaluation. - Champions engagement of staff and teams in strategy development, implementation and evaluation. - Coordinates the standardization and improvement of frontline and support processes, which are Most critical for executing/implementing the organizational strategy. - Provides support to directors and managers in defining key business processes and standards as well as establishing mechanisms within divisions and teams to ensure quality impact in synchrony with the organizational strategy. Facilitates the development and implementation of appropriate capacity building and systems support - determine the best ways to plan a given business based on the companys goals. -determine the best way for the company to achieve those objectives. identify the companys needs and then construct a plan to meet these goals
Qualifications A graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Management or other related courses with Focus on Strategy Management, or equivalent experience in strategy development, Implementation and evaluation

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
