Description Manage Infrastructure pre-sales Team. Provide specific solutions/technology/ product consulting, technical and sales support for accounts in assigned territory. Perform in-depth and high-level technical presentations for customers, partners and prospects. Drive the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities. Provide consultative support and mentor other less experienced Systems Engineers in assigned territory. Actively participate as a specialist on assigned team. Support sales team and channel partners in technical issues. Prepare technical solution proposals to either customers or business partners. Work with sales representatives to strategize/manage accounts. Identify prospect requirements/solution. Build rapport with the product/solution evaluation team. Product/Technical responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Address customer follow-ups/issues. Identify/set competitive traps. Identify prospect requirements outside of current release support. Identify other resources required to get sale. Manage product/technical issues to the close.
Qualifications • Bachelor Degree of Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent. • Minimum 8-10 Years of working experience in a similar or related Field (Hardware Presales). •Very good English & computer skills. • Very good knowledge& minimum 3 years of experience in HP Blade servers and Storage Knowhow as a must. • HP Business Critical Servers Knowhow is preferable. • Maintain efficient interactive communication with customers and staff. • Very good communication skills with a friendly customer oriented manner. • Must be a strong presenter, with high enthusiasm and strong sales skills.
