Description Provides Support to HR Administrative work. Provides secretarial & clerical assistance which includes preparation of word documents, excel sheets, power point presentation & translation of documents from English to Arabic & vise versa. Screens, filters, prioritize & respond to phone calls, emails, faxes, internal & external correspondence of office Assist in preparation of agendas & minutes of meetings in addition to staff memos. Participates in arranging & coordinating events, conferences & meetings Facilitates travel for office staff via handling visa arrangements, flight & hotels bookings in coordination with the travel coordinator. Gathers data for purchasing office supplies & stationary in order to ensure that office is well stocked & equipped all the times. Coordinates the repair & maintenance of office supplies & equipments Liaise with various departments to facilitate knowledge sharing & administrative support. Provides front desk assistance & support when required Maintain electronic database plus hard copy of organized filing system for office.
Qualifications Bachelor degree or equivalent. Post graduate studies or training courses are considered an asset. •Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar or related field. •Very good English, strong computer skills “Microsoft word, excel & power point, Internet research”. •Very good communication & presentation skills. •Team player with the ability to perform multi tasks & meet deadlines. • Initiative, proactive & self motivated. • Good interpersonal & organizational skills
