Description Supervise the work of ¸Provost office, to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems. Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems or in resolving escalated complaints or disputes. Implement corporate or departmental policies, procedures, and service standards. Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Set goals and deadlines for the department. Direct, coordinate, and evaluate the activities of personnel, including support staff. Plan, administer, and control budgets, maintain financial records, and produce financial reports. Establish Provost offices operational policies and procedures and make any necessary modifications, and other research information. Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees and boards of directors. Attend meetings to record minutes. Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals. Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
Qualifications Ability to perform multi-tasks. Ability to form letters in both Standard Arabic and English languages. Ability to perform budgeting calculations. Knowledge of Public Relations and business etiquette.
