Qualifications 1-Skill in establishing and maintaining effective and good relationship with customers. 2-Self-motivated, patient and professional 3-Strong sense of customer-focus and responsibility; capable to work under pressure 4-Must be able to communicate verbally in a friendly and professional manner with team members Superior written communication skills required 5-Excellent written and spoken English are a necessity 6-Careful and fast-learning 7-Excellent computer skills in Excel, Word 8-Knowledge of customer service techniques and principle 9-University degree in assurance 10-Fresh graduates accepted 11-Skill of communication in both English and French
