Description — Update database for the training service provider to select the best Service Provider when required. — Prepare all required logistics for training implementation as per the Companys internal policy and procedure — Record all training procedures using the Training Data Base — Prepare all necessary logistics for In-Hose training — Collect and analyze Training Feedback by employees and their Managers. — Prepare Internship Training plan — Prepare and develop Job Description for Samcrete job function — Prepare Policies and Procedures. — Prepare and update workflow for Human Resources functions — Collect and analyze employees performance appraisal — Submit all required reports
Qualifications • Experience in Human Resources, preferable Training and Development. • Preferable to be familiar at using HR Oracle application. • Familiar with MS Office. • Familiar with Egyptian Labor Law.

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills • Communication skills. • Presentation skills. • Ability to work under pressure. • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously & meet agreed deadlines. • A good team player within the teamwork.
