Description Update database for the training service provider to select the best Service Provider when required. Prepare all required logistics for training implementation as per the Companys internal policy and procedure Record all training procedures using the Training Data Base Prepare all necessary logistics for In-Hose training Collect and analyze Training Feedback by employees and their Managers. Prepare Internship Training plan Prepare and develop Job Description for Samcrete job function Prepare Policies and Procedures. Prepare and update workflow for Human Resources functions Collect and analyze employees performance appraisal Submit all required reports
Qualifications • Experience in Human Resources, preferable Training and Development. • Preferable to be familiar at using HR Oracle application. • Familiar with MS Office. • Familiar with Egyptian Labor Law.

Other Skills • Communication skills. • Presentation skills. • Ability to work under pressure. • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously & meet agreed deadlines. • A good team player within the teamwork.
