Description     —Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing calls from clients. —Responsible for managing consultants Calendar and schedule. —Arrange internal travel reservations. —Document all calls with regards to clients inquiries accurately. —Follow up with clients in regards to the initial phone calls, even if it is just to touch base and let clients know that inquiry is still being researched. —Identify and liaise with AC to resolve clients issues. —Provide and promote a courteous client care to all clients. —Filing all documents and work orders related to clients. —Entering all work orders as per BI system. —Send welcome letter to new clients. —Sending monthly reports to clients and Admin supervisor. —Updating clients sheets.
Qualifications    •Strong interpersonal skills. •Able to work under pressure. •Effective user of Microsoft office: word, excel and power point. •Professional phone manner. •Excellent written communication and documentation skills. •Fluent English
