Description Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new clients in person via telephone calls and emails. Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale. Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential clients. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales. Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations. Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy. Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets. Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues. Reporting all sales data and required reports to supervisors.
Qualifications • English fluency is a must. • Being attentive to details. • Good communication and negotiation skills. • Dressing and acting in a professional manner. • Working on your own initiative. • Good selling skills. • Can work under pressure.
